good hotel near the beach
nice poolgreat locationhelpful staff
the location is great, near shops but away from main area. i liked that this hotel is right across the road from the beach, very convenient. the pool was nice too and seemed good for families with enough sunbeds.
the gym need new air con and equipment is outdated. i didnt like the gym, no use.

The breakfast buffet featured many choices. I found it really good. The pool design impressed me. It seemed very thoughtful. I was pleased with the hotel's distinct Thai architectural style, it felt authentic.
The lobby lacked air conditioning. This was slightly uncomfortable.

the room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool.
I was not happy that the electrical wiring was faulty. I got shocked when i tried to turn off a lamp (it was near the bathtub). mold was also building around the bathtub and the toilet itself.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Drawbacks

I stayed for several nights. I encountered a couple of issues that impacted my experience. the cleanliness in some areas was lacking (I mean it). the staff did not provide a baggage claim ticket when we left our luggage after checkout. Our bags were left unattended in the lobby. This was a big security flaw.

the location was ideal the beach was a short walk away i enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the neighborhood the massage therapists were skilled at relieving muscle tension the lush greenery and ample sunbeds around the pool created a serene environment for relaxation. the staff were friendly to my needs. i spent hours lounging by the water under the swaying palm trees.
the breakfast buffet although good offered limited variety it became repetitive after a few days more diverse options catering to different tastes would enhance the dining experience

the room overlooked the pool it featured a spacious wrap-around balcony i spent peaceful mornings there the room was large with thai design and influences so the overall feel was very relaxing.

the pool area provided many options for shade with greenery surrounding the pool area i reminded me of i was in a jungle sunbeds were plentiful so it was easy to find a spot and enjoy the warm sun.
